Shipping Methods

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Japan via:

  • FedEx International Priority
  • EMS (Japan Post)

The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination and package size.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

    🇺🇸 United States

    For orders shipped to the United States, we cover:

    • Shipping costs
    • Import duties and tariffs (where applicable)

    Customers in the United States will not be charged additional shipping or tariff fees upon delivery.

  • 🌍 All Other Countries

    For all other international destinations, we cover:

    • Shipping costs only

    Customers are responsible for any applicable:

    • Import duties
    • Customs fees
    • VAT/GST or other local taxes
    • Any additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities

    These charges, if applicable, are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

European Union (EU)

Customers located in European Union countries are responsible for paying any applicable:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Other local government charges

These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in your purchase price.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During this time we:

  • Verify your order
  • Carefully inspect and package your item
  • Prepare all shipping documentation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

For PayPal payments, please carefully check that the shipping address registered with PayPal is correct and up to date before completing your purchase. Your order may be shipped to the address provided through PayPal.

Cherry’s Luxury Collection is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned parcels, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If your payment is made using another currency, your card issuer or payment provider will automatically convert the amount using their current exchange rate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen.

Requests to change or cancel an order (including shipping address or recipient information) must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment, and changes may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing, inspection, packaging, and administrative costs.
