Pre-Owned Notice
All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Signs of use (scratches, stains, wear, odor, aging) are normal. By purchasing, you accept the item’s condition based on the listing.

Final Sale
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, preferences, fit, or expectations.

Shipping
We ship only to the PayPal registered address. Orders are shipped within 48 hours via FedEx. Delivery delays and incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

Chargebacks
Unauthorized disputes will be treated as fraudulent. We reserve the right to submit all evidence and may blacklist abusive buyers.

Return & Refund Policy

Inspection & Claims
Items must be checked upon delivery. Claims are accepted only if a major defect is not described and not visible in photos.

• Report within 24 hours
• Provide photo/video proof
• Item must be unused and unaltered

Non-Eligible
No claims for normal wear, described issues, subjective concerns, or late reports.

Refunds

• Credit Card / Shop Pay / Apple Pay: Full refund (if approved)
• PayPal: Refund minus PayPal fees (non-refundable)

Returns
If approved, buyer pays return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns.
