At Cherry's Luxury Collection, we take pride in accurately describing every pre-owned luxury item we sell. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Inspection & Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will only consider a claim if:

  • The item has a major defect that was not disclosed in the product description.
  • The defect was not visible in the listing photos.

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
  • The item must remain unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Eligible Claims

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Normal signs of wear consistent with pre-owned items.
  • Flaws or imperfections clearly described in the listing.
  • Issues visible in the product photos.
  • Personal preferences or subjective concerns (such as color, size, or smell).
  • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.

Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • Credit Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other card payments: A full refund will be issued.
  • PayPal payments: The refund will be issued minus the PayPal transaction fees, as these fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Cherry's Luxury Collection is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is confirmed to be not authentic by a reputable third-party authentication service, we will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with this policy.
